What this website collects
This site does not ask you to create an account. It does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies.
If you email me, I receive the address you write from, your message, and anything you attach. I use that only to reply and to arrange a consultation.
The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary connection records, such as a browser type and the time of a visit, so the site can run and stay secure. I do not use those records to build a profile of you.
Scheduling
A calendar for appointments will be added later. When it is, the scheduling company will receive the details you enter there, such as your name and how to reach you, under its own privacy policy. I will name that company on the contact page.
Email is not a secure clinical channel
Please don't include symptoms, history, or other health details in an email. Once we are working together, I will tell you how we communicate about your care.
Therapy records are separate
If you become a client, your clinical record is confidential. It is kept outside this website and is protected by California law, including the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and by applicable federal privacy rules. Those records are not collected through this website.
I do not sell personal information
I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it for advertising.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you can ask what personal information I hold from this website, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, except for records I am required to keep. Email me to make a request. I will not treat you differently for asking.
Minors
This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information here. Whether a parent or guardian must consent to therapy depends on age and circumstances. We talk through that before therapy begins.
